Tagged

I can't find my usb cable to download pictures I have to do some updating here, so to put up something new (Mandi this is for you)  I've been tagged for 2-7 random facts about myself.  These things are usually pretty hard for me, so we will see what I can come up with.

1. One of my hopes and dreams of someday is to be a contestant on a game show!  I love playing games.  I am not super competitive (like some people I love dearly)  I just think it's fun to play.  My top choices would be The Price is Right, Family Fued, or that old game with the wammies, (I can't remember the name of it).

2. I loooove hot showers!  If the water stayed warm for longer, I would probably stay in there a good couple of hours, prunes and all!  It is hypnotic for me, I can't just jump in and be quick, I like to run all the hot water out.  I know I'm a waster it's terrible.

3. I love rock a billy fashion.  Not the skulls and flames and stuff, mostly the hair styles I suppose.  If I was really brave I would have black hair with red highlights and cute bangs.  I just love vintage style.

4. If I wasn't the person that I am I would get a partial tattoo sleeve, from the top of my shoulder to about mid bicep.  With girly colorful things, and Spencer and my childrens names in there.

5. I love to dance.  I don't have any rhythm left.  (maybe I never did have any)  but I don't care, I wish Spencer would take me dancing.

6. I love good food!!!  I love going to new restaurants and trying new recipes.  If there is a commercial for something new like chips or candy or something, I will buy it, I have to try it.

7. I am a horrible speller.  I think it's probably because I don't really care all that much, so I don't try very hard.  (I know I just horrified a few people)

8.  I thought of one more.  My pet peeve is when people spell my name wrong, I know it should be a big deal but it just irks me a little.  I have cursed my children, and I am sure their names will be spelled wrong their whole lives.  Hopefully it won't bug them.

Now I tag anyone that needs something to blog about.

Okay lindsay... I thought about you in the shower today! hahaha... I had previously read that you LOOOOVE hot showers, and mine was uncharacteristicly hot today. However, I was so tired I just sat down and fell back asleep with the water pounding on my head! I must admit that I would be a good friend to take on the price is right show! and... I think you should get a partial tattoo and also wear your hair black with red highlights. You would still be so lovely! One of my friends told me she was going to get a water fall tattoo on her bizams so that when she got older and the bizez started to sag, it would just look like the waterfall was getting bigger... like Niagra Falls, or something! Okay... and don't you think we should learn to ballroom dance? That would be fun! This was fun to read because I could hear your voice at the part about new candy and chips. Clear as a Bell... I tell ya! And I went back and typed your name correctly. Please don't add me to your pet peeve list for the 40 other times I've written your name incorrectly. Lame, I know!
Loads of funnys here today! xo

i'm glad you're a bad speller 'cause i love getting calls from you and being your personal spell checker. and i'm sorry your life-long dream of getting called up on the price is right wasn't fulfilled when we went.

I have to say I just do not agree with #5. You HAVE rhythym!! It is in your bones(or blood...whatever the saying) I remember you dancing around to Xanandu and thinking "i wish I could make my body move like that" . You may just feel like you lost it because you don't use it as often, but I know that you still have it! (maybe we all just need to get together and dance.:)
Also, I think it's a hoot that you shocked people with the Tattoo sleeves.(i'm right there with you on that one) I got a kick out of it.
Love you linds!

Lindsay(hope I spelled it right:) I would have never guessed you'd like a tattoo! You have such a sweetness about you. You are so supportive of all those you love. I really admire that about you...I'm so glad your mom has you so close:).

Okay Lindsay, you are a hoot. A tattoo sleeve? I would have never guessed. It is funny how much you learn on these things. I am totally a long hot shower fan too, it is really hard for me to not stay in the shower for too long, it is something I have had to work on because I am late all of the time ha ha! Love you!

I'm with you on the rockabilly fashion. Billy and I wish we could just suddenly start dressing that way - I think we waited to long. We used to go to swing dance lessons a long time ago when it was kinda popular - Billy was totally into it (don't tell him I told you :))
I'm with you on the tattoo thing too, we've already discussed our mutual fondness for Kat VonD!

Hey Lindsay,
That was totally hilarious. I found your blog on Katie's. So I was just wondering. I wanted to do a fashion show for the Nielsen's Recovery and I have emailed them twice and haven't heard anything back from them. I am going to do it anyways there was just some fun stuff that I was trying to figure out, and I thought that maybe you could help. First of all it is November 22nd, second, do you want to model? Third, I was wondering if you guys would want us to sale those cute t*shirts for you there. How much should we charge to get in? I was thinking 10, and all of it would go to them. I was wondering some of her favorite songs that would be fun to model to. I was thinking cute balloons to decorate with, a balloon launch, them buying the balloons, and I am working on my flyers, and I would love to use the same sillouhette of her. I think that this would be so much fun. Let me know what you think about all of the above. I kind of just started rambling, and so if things didn't make any sense I'm so sorry. Talk to you soon. Jodi

Lindsay, you are the most darling adult I know. Seriously, you're adorable and unpretentious and this tag proves it. I think your victory rolls are the perfect display of your rockabilly love. You don’t need tattoos to be rockabilly. However sleeves are wonderful.
