It's so great to be a kid
It's so great to be a kid because you have someone to take care of you. We have had a sick little Livvy this weekend, and thankfully she is starting to feel better. I have been at her every beckon call, because I just feel so bad when my babies don't feel good. I'm sure Avrey will get it next. It sure is draining, hard, rewarding work being the mom! Terrible 2s
I found this cutie on the side of the road a few weeks ago, this week I have been feeling like maybe I should have left her, oh the terrible 2s.... I believe!
On the upside these two have been getting along really well, Livvy has been making fun games and "forts" for them to play in, they are getting along better than ever, just this morning Avrey crawled into bed with Livvy and they were happy and laughing together. Maybe I'm the problem??? I am very much looking forward to yoga tonight, I need a release!

Friday Finds
I want to put some open shelves up in my kitchen, so I am collecting white things that call to me.
I love little tea cups to put candles in. I have a little collection of old jewelry boxes that I will have to take pictures of some time. And that little gold number will be perfect for a candle too.
The best find of the day is the fun little dance outfit. It has already been tested and approved, by both my girls!

Absoluetly Fascinating
I recieved this email (thanks Dixie) the other day and I can not stop thinking about it. It fascinates me! (I am trying to find some pictures to go with this, if you've seen them let me know). I love how divinely our bodies and our world was created.
- A sliced Carrot
looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye...and YES science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
- A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food.
- Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
- A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex. We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
- Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
- Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. Thesefoods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
- Eggplant, Avocadoes and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? ... It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
- Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs male sterility.
- Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics.
- Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
- Grapefruits, oranges, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
- Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.

It's so great to be a kid
It's so great to be a kid, because it is so easy to find your perfect shade of lipstick.
We had such a great weekend. I just love conference weekend. I feel so spiritually uplifted. So many wonderful talks to make this Monday really easy to get going.

Fun Vintage and newer books.
Livvy loves to read because it "keeps her brain healthy."
An Old Antique Ledger from the late 1800's.
Just look at how beautiful the hand writing is.
A stack of old worn books.

I love to go to Thrift Stores, Garage and Estate Sales. I love finding treasures. I search for things that have already been loved by someone else and now its my turn to appreciate them too. The girls and I just went to an Estate Sale that had a garage and pantry full of books. We all searched and picked out ones we liked. That stack of childrens books isn't even all that we bought. I will post fun treasures that I find, and may have some available for others to purchase once in a while, so check back on Fridays.

All the things that you can make are good in my tummy
You even helped a friend in need (everything must be drinkable when you get your tonsils out)
We are so glad we bought you indeed.
