How do I even begin to describe my wonderful mother? She is a pillar of strength. When my dad died she told us we had a choice either we continue forward, rely on each other for strength and grow closer as a family, or we crumble. We chose to press on. She has held our family together as we have faced one of the hardest trials imaginable. My mother is a true example of a Christ like woman. She never says no to helping someone no matter what it maybe. Her family is her whole life. She has taught me how to be a good mom. She has always been my friend, someone I could confide in. She loves deeper than anyone I know. She has allowed me to borrow from her testimony as I have created my own. She is my neighbor and I am the luckiest for it. She is always willing to help with my girls and she is their best friend. She is everything a mother should be, is a perfect example to me, I strive everyday to be more like my mother. I love you mom, thank you for teaching me, thank you for loving me. You are celestial. I pray to become like you. I love you more than I know how to express.

I've been pondering quite a bit today. I've been reflecting on the person I am and if I'm good enough to be a mother. I've thought a lot about many mothers out there, about my sisters and what great examples they are to me. But mostly, I've been thinking about my own mother. I still, after many years of pondering about my own mother, can not quite grasp how incredibly privelaged and honored I am to belong to her. She is the greatest being I have ever known. She has taught and shown me many things. Things I need to be, things I need to do. But I think what touches me most deeply is the person she is and the life she lives. I think there is no greater way to learn, than by example. And I have truely had the most amazing example to learn from. I think I am pretty satisfied with the person I am, and "everything I am, I owe to my angel mother."-abraham lincoln.I can only hope that as I become a mother, I do it as closely to the ways that my mother does. I have had no grater compliment than when I am told I am just like my mom. Sometimes these words just don't quite express it well enough, but, I LOVE YOU MOM! Happy Mothers Day! And to my sisters who are mothers and future mothers as well. You are all choice beings. I love you all. We are all so very lucky!
I, like my sisters, would like to express the true love I have for my mother.Words can not tell what I think of her. She is perfection at it's best, no matter the time or no matter the circumstances she is there to lend herself. Here we sit today tired from all recent activities and bug crawling dramas and mom wants to sit and stay up with me, just because she wants to be with me. I tell her to go to bed and she tells me I want you to go bed. No matter the exhaustion or how her own self feels, she sacarfices her whole being.I love her and I want to be like her. She is my best friend, my confidont, and my unwavering shoulder to cry on. I know when she has her chance to be in front of the Lord, he will say those precious words of"well done, thy good and faithful servant" . I know this to be true, because she is so incredible. I love you mom.I love who you are and all that you stand for. You are so precious to me. I hope we don't have to just take this day to express our love, I love you everyday.-Mandi
Ok its me lex and im writing to tell about my feelings about my mama. Today i actually was talking to my mom and asked her if she wanted to call her mama to help her feel younger. Haha she is my strength in everything i do, and my "mama" is my life. Sometimes it is hard for me to express my feelings but lately as Mother's Day has been coming, I cant help but think of my sweet mom and how incredible she is. She is my best cheerleader and is always cheering me on in everything I do. She always wants me to succeed in not only life but my sports and academics. I feel like as I have gotten older, I have been able to become closer to my mama. And now being the only one left at home, I have been able to have a special relationship with her. Some nights we will stay up late and just talk about life, her younger years, and me..and i have the best of time with it. The other night I had called her on the phone from my room to her room to tell her goodnight and that I love her, and ended up talking on the phone for an hour. Haha I was able to connect with her younger years and learn a lot about people I love. I always tell her, "mom why are you keeping me up ive gotta go to bed!"(kiddingly) Yet,I'm the one who is so interested in her and its me that is keeping her up. I am truely grateful for my mom and all she does. I love my family so much and often think sometimes about how lucky I am and how I am the only one left so ive gotta turn out as well as the rest so we can be together forever with my dad we miss so much. I look up to my sisters so much and think of them often while laying in bed. They are such amazing mothers or will be (Niki and Alli) and I know they are so amazing because of the wonderful example my mom sets for all of us.I am so blessed to be who i am and have such strengths in my life. Happy mothers day mama and to my sisters! And thank you mama for being my best friend and for letting me be your daughter! I love you! Families are Forever!

Wow where do I even begin...Anyone who knows Lori Crum knows what an amazing woman she is. But no one knows it as good as her daughters! We are so lucky to truely have the best mother heavenly father has ever created. In my patriachal blessing it says that I chose to come to my mother because I knew that she would be the best example of how to live my life so that I could be like my mother in heaven. Even though that did not come to as a shock to me when I heard that because I know how amazing my mom is, I was so glad that she got to hear that!My mom is the strongest person I know. No matter what trial she is faced with her testimony becomes even stronger. She is the perfect example of what a valiant daughter of god should be. I am soon to be a mother in 2 months and I have a new look on what mothers actually do. My baby isn't here yet but I already love him so much, I have just had a glimpse of what will it will be like with him in my life. You always here mothers say that you never knew you could love someone so much until you have a baby. Now I kind of have a clue on how my mother feels about me. Let me tell you that feels pretty good to feel that loved!! Mom you are the greatest woman I know.I hope I can be a great mother like you. You are the greatest example. I know you have heard us all say this but, I'll say it again our family loves better because of you!!! I will never be able to fully express my love for you but I hope you know how amazing you are and that you are LOVED!!

She is so so sweet. And I'm sure she is all the things that you've said, because she is your mom, and I think that all of these things are true of you, too.
Happy Mother's Day!
What a sweet tribute....and so true. I don't know your mom alot...but what I do know of her she is simply amazing and you are so lucky to have such a wonderful, sweet mother. I am glad for the time I did get to know her....and I see so much of her in you! Happy mother's Day!
what sweet words you all said for your mom. i can only hope that my daughters will one day, feel that same way about me.
happy belated mother's day!
She is just the sweetest thing! You are all such darling daughters to her. What a great family you have and a wonderful support system! Love this post, you are so great at using all the right words to express yourself.
The Crum girls are my favorite! Alli is right, anyone who knows Lori, knows how amazing she is! The fun thing (for me to see) is that she has passed her strength, love and caring(and creativity) to each of you girls. That in itself speaks to what an excellent mother she is. I feel lucky to know each of you.
I love you guys, hope you all had an awesome mothers day!
